Homemade Parmesan Croutons

French Baguette or any bread you have on hand
2 Tbsp. butter
1 Tbsp. olive oil
salt to taste
pepper to taste
Bottled Parmesan cheese (like we put on pizza)

Cut up your baguette or bread loaf into bite size pieces not too small as they will dry out too much. These croutons have a bit of moisture left in them after cooking. Giving them a nice chewy crunch.

Melt the butter in a bowl large enough to hold all your croutons. Add the oil, salt, and pepper, and whisk it up. Toss in your croutons.

Bake at 350F for about 15 minutes. I toss about half way through.

When done toss with bottled Parmesan cheese. Store in an air tight container.
