Bbq Fried Chicken


Soo easy, so messy, so delicious!

1/2 cup flour
1 teaspoon seasoned salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
3 pounds bone-in chicken thighs and drumsticks
1/2 cup milk
3/4 cup barbecue sauce


Preheat oven to 425°F.

Mix flour, seasoned salt and pepper in large resealable plastic bag. Dip chicken, a few pieces at a time, in milk, then place bag. Shake to coat.

Place chicken, skin-side up, on large baking pan sprayed with no stick cooking spray.

Bake 35 minutes, turning once. Coat chicken generously with barbecue sauce. Bake 5 to 10 minutes longer or until chicken is cooked through.
