Supreme Pizza with Rhodes Bread Dough Crust

I haven't included any ingredients measurements as we all like different amounts and different toppings. So, you go ahead and add whatever your little heart desires.

Rhodes Italian Bread frozen dough, regular works fine too
spaghetti sauce or pizza sauce
shredded mozzarella cheese

fresh grated Parmesan cheese (look on the cheese isle for Kraft brand, delicious)
handful sliced pepperonis
breakfast sausage or Italian sausage
diced onion
green pepper thinly sliced
red pepper thinly sliced
handful black olives

Once your bread dough is thawed (follow the direction on the package), lightly dust your rolling-space with cornmeal. Roll out your dough into desired round size. Be sure and leave the edges of your dough a little thicker than the center. This will make the "crust" nice and chewy. The larger the circle, the thinner the crust will end up being. I like a crispy crust occasionally.

Preheat oven to about 350 and grease your pizza stone with olive oil, if using.

Brown your sausage in a skillet. Breaking it up into large chunks. Once browned, drain and set aside. Don't worry about it being cooked completely as it is going to finish cooking in the oven.

Go ahead and prep your toppings. Open your can's and packaging and dice up those veggies.

Now comes the fun....Spread with tomato sauce evenly over entire pizza. Sprinkle with your mozzarella, and pile on the pepperoni and sausage. As much or as little as you want. It's YOUR pizza and you can do that! Now add your veggies. Top with more mozzarella and finish it off with your parmesan cheese.

Bake 15-20 minutes. All oven vary, so keep an eye on it.

A little tip or two~

Pizza sauce, less is more!  If you want extra sauce, serve it on the side for dipping. Also, you can freeze any leftover sauce in ice cube tray's for handy go to portions. When frozen, just individually wrap and then store them in a freezer zip loc baggie.

Hey, try a half and half pizza. Fill one half of your crust with one style of pizza and the other half with different toppings. Pepperoni and pineapple for my side please!

If you have kiddo's running around, I hope you let them help out. This is a perfect time for them to feel creative and boy will they be awful proud of their edible masterpiece.

Enjoy, Y'all!
