Texas Roadhouse Cinnamon Honey Butter

1 stick unsalted butter, room temperature (or 1/2 cup of whatever you have on hand, salt or no salt, it'll work just fine)
1/4 c. powdered sugar
1/4 c. honey
1 tsp. ground cinnamon

Whip your butter, and whip it good! Whip it for about 30 seconds to start off with. (Make sure it's been setting out to come to room temp.)  
Add your powdered sugar, honey and cinnamon and beat like crazy until completely smooth and creamy, COMPLETELY SMOOTH.  Be sure and stop half way through and scrape down the sides of your bowl. 
Now, turn up  the speed, rather on your mixer, beater or plain ole man-power (switch hands when muscle begin to seize up on you)  and whip for a minute or two or until it sure enough light and fluffy.  
Makes about 3/4 cup.


  1. I'm wondering how this would taste with a little cool whip...Definitely trying that this weekend!!

    1. I bet it would taste delicious Maeghan, especially on pancakes! Cool whip make everything better :) I'm wondering though, if the butter and cream would separate. You may have to stir it good before each use to mix it all back together, but, go for it! Let me know how it turns out, really.
