Italian Dressing Pasta Salad

1 pkg tri-colored Rotini Pasta (follow directions;  DO NOT OVERCOOK PASTA)
1 large green bell pepper, chopped
1 medium red onion, chopped
1 can pitted black olives, drained and halved
Boiled egg (your choice how much to add)
1 bottle Italian salad dressing like Kraft Zesty Italian
Diced Mozzarella, summer sausage, diced tomatoes or other vegetables can be added if desired (I didn't have any and was too lazy to go to the store :)

After preparing Rotini, rinse in cold water, drain.

Add to a large bowl and add ½ cup of the Italian dressing. Toss and allow to cool completely.

Combine pasta, green pepper, onion, olives, (opt) summer sausage, and tomatoes, ect.

Pour one-half (I usually use the entire bottle)  of salad dressing over entire mixture and mix well; add more dressing, if needed. Gently add diced boiled egg and stir. Salt and pepper to taste. Chill or serve immediately.
