Cowboy Goulosh

1 pounds lean ground beef
  1/2 yellow onions, chopped
1/4 cup each, red and green bell pepper, chopped
   1 cloves garlic, chopped
    1 cup water
1 can beans (your choice)
    1 (15-ounce) cans tomato sauce
   1(15-ounce) can diced tomatoes, with juice
    1 tbsp chili powder
    1/2 tablespoon seasoned salt
1 cup shredded cheddar (maybe an extra pinch :)
   1 cups elbow macaroni, uncooked
     salt and pepper to taste

In a Dutch oven, saute the ground beef over medium-high heat until no pink remains. Break up the meat while sauteing. Drain.

Add the onions,garlic and peppers to the pot and saute until they are tender, about 5 minutes.

Add 3 cups water, along with the tomato sauce, diced tomatoes, chili powder, beans,  garlic salt, and seasoned salt, salt and pepper to taste.

 Stir well. Place a lid on the pot and allow this to cook for 15 to 20 minutes.

Add the elbow macaroni, stir well,  return the lid to the pot, and simmer for about 15 minutes. Turn off the heat , add cheese and allow the mixture to sit about 15 minutes more before serving.
